Holiday Wienerfest Fund-raiser for Dachshund Rescue NW – Join members of the Dachshund Club of Spokane for our holiday dog party on Dec. 11 at 3:30 p.m. at Lilac City Dog Training Club, 1612 E. Houston Ave., north of Francis Avenue. $5/family. 482-6025. Dachshunds only, please. This is a potluck so please bring a dish for 10-plus people. Leave home any aggressive or unhealthy dogs. Second Annual Morgan Horse Open House – This free event will teach the audience about the history of the Morgan horse breed.
