“All in the Timing” – Continues today with curtain time at 8 p.m. at the Lake City Playhouse. This is a Black Box production directed by Lee Ja Junker and is intended for mature audiences. Cost: $7. Hot Rod – a photography exhibit by Moscow artist Peter Vincent opens at the Third St. Gallery in Moscow, with an opening reception from 5-7:30 p.m. The exhibit will run through April 1. Information: 883-7036.

Sparkling Spur Youth Writing Contest – Entries are being accepted for the contest from North Idaho students in grades 4-12. Students may enter short stories with an American West theme. All entries must be unpublished and original. Enter at www.westernwriters.org /youthwritingcontest. htm.

LEAP Logger’s Education – will be offered in March in Deary, Coeur d’Alene, St. Maries, Orofino and Bonners Ferry. Registration fee of $38 covers materials and refreshments. Art on the Green Poster Contest – The entry deadline is March 21 for the poster contest sponsored by the Citizen’s Council for the Arts. Moscow Arts Commission – Applications for the art exhibit at the Moscow ARTWALK 2005 are being accepted through May 24.
