6 p.m. Monday, Council Chambers, City Hall, regular legislative session, including consideration of an emergency transfer of $200,000 from the park fund to the golf fund until golf revenue is received this spring.

Spokane Library Board

4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Room 1A, Downtown Library, action on final 2005 budget and report on how libraries are faring under reduced hours and staffing.

Spokane County Commission

9:30 a.m. Tuesday, weekly meeting with the county CEO, Spokane County Courthouse, 1116 W. Broadway Ave. The agenda includes proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments and a wastewater treatment plant update.

2 p.m. Tuesday, weekly meeting on non-hearing items, lower level, Public Works Building, 1026 W. Broadway Ave.

5 p.m. Tuesday, meeting on hearing items.

Spokane Valley City Council

6 p.m. Tuesday, City Hall, 11707 E. Sprague Ave. Study session, topics include: Pines/Mansfield mitigation, need for more space at City Hall, Spokane Housing Authority presentation, tax increment financing, 2005 contracts with Spokane County, cable franchise, stormwater management and water safety regulations. Public comment will only be taken on the first two items.

Spokane Board of Health

12 p.m. Thursday, retreat, Spokane Regional Health District, 1101 W. College Ave.
