Noon meals
Monday – Chicken patty with gravy, scalloped potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, breadstick, apricots.
Tuesday – Beef tips with green peppers and onion, rice pilaf, yellow and green beans, carrots, wheat bread, apple crisp.
Wednesday – Baked ham with pineapple sauce, scalloped potatoes, corn, breadstick, pound cake with berries.
Thursday – Roast turkey with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, peas and pearl onions, dinner roll, baked apple slices.
Friday – Fish cake with tartar sauce, chuckwagon-blend vegetables, spinach, rye bread, Mandarin oranges.
