Debra Hasting and Michael Miller, both of Spokane, plan to marry July 16, in Spokane.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bud and Cheryl Evans, Lewiston. The groom-to-be is the son of June Miller, Spokane, and the late Art Miller.

Harting works at PAML, and Miller is employed at Building Material Distributors.
