For the week of July 11-15

Monday – Chicken patty with mushroom gravy, roasted red potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, wheat bread, plums.

Tuesday – Macaroni and cheese, fiesta-blend vegetables, Capri-blend vegetables, breadstick, cherry cobbler.

Wednesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, pears.

Thursday – Veal cutlet with sour cream sauce, Oregon-blend vegetables, whipped squash, peaches, rye bread.

Friday – Hamburger on bun, lettuce, tomato, coleslaw, carrot and raisin salad, tropical fruit salad.
