Some over-60s are too shy about admitting their age to ask for the price breaks, but many know they can save 10 percent to 15 percent on a variety of services. To get the best senior prices, ask in advance. When making hotel reservations, for example, ask for the lowest price, then ask for a senior discount on top of that.
