Teens and Anger – This group will teach teens skills to decrease anxiety, modulate anger and remove blocks to effective communication and runs through April 4 on Mondays from 4-5 p.m. at the St. Joseph’s Family Center, 1016 N. Support Group for New Moms – Mother-Baby Time is a new support group for new moms and mothers-to-be. Meets every Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Women’s Center at the Medical Center Building, 820 S. McClellan St. Suite 226. For information call 474-2400.
