Russert writing new book

TV newsman Tim Russert, who wrote fondly of his dad in the best-selling “Big Russ and Me,” has another book planned about fathers and children.

According to Russert’s publisher, Random House, the “Meet the Press” moderator’s new project “will be a treasury of tales and observations about dads, drawn from interviews with notable Americans about their experiences as children (and parents), plus letters from sons and daughters that Russert has received from readers of ‘Big Russ and Me.’ “

The book is currently untitled, and no publication date has been set.
