For the week of May 16-20

Monday – Chicken Alfredo with pasta, peas, carrots, dinner roll, plums.

Tuesday – Beef stew with vegetables, Oregon-blend vegetables, apricots, biscuit, majestic square.

Wednesday – Spaghetti with meat sauce, green salad with dressing, Italian vegetables, garlic stick, Mandarin oranges.

Thursday – Chef salad with chicken, carrot raisin salad, wheat bread, angel food cake with strawberries.

Friday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, Scandinavian-blend vegetables, dinner roll, seasonal fruit cup.
