OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kevin R. Chastain – 25, Spokane, forgery, possession of a forged check, $20,000 bond.

Shelby V. R. Collinsworth – 22, Spokane, failure to appear/methamphetamine, no bond.

Rachael L. Henderson – 19, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, lottery violation, grand theft, $20,000 bond.

Jeffrey J. Lance – 41, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $30,000 bond.

Terisa E. Schellhas – 41, Deer Park, Wash., probation violation/forgery, $30,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jeffrey S. Almond – 38, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, unlawful entry, possession of marijuana, possession of a mutilated driver’s license, driving while suspended, no insurance, $4,132 bond, 18 days in jail.

Nathan J. Cavota – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

Toni J. Cook – 28, St. Maries, failure to appear/petty theft, three days in jail.

George G. Donahoo – 39, Blanchard, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, battery, trespassing, $10,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

William A. Fortier – 46, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/inattentive driving, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond, five days in jail.

Matthew S. Gilbert – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, six days in jail.

Dustin R. McFadden – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, five days in jail.

Quintin M. Moreno – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, five days in jail.

Gerald R. Rider – 62, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, five days in jail.

Christopher M. Schell – 22, Moscow, failure to appear/driving under the influence, four days in jail.

David E. Swanson – 42, Post Falls, failure to appear/inattentive driving, five days in jail.

Andrew K. Trautvetter – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to purchase a driver’s license, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, 10 days in jail.

Jennifer E. Tucker – 35, Rathdrum, failure to appear/failure to provide proof of student’s identity, four days in jail.

Jimmy L. Wommack – 28, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, 20 days in jail.
