Misdemeanors

Michael E. Fehrien – 18, Clark Fork, unlawful entry, $1,000 bond.

Craig M. Gohl – 30, Spokane Valley, failure to appear/driving without privileges, $5,000 bond.

Tracy L. Goodman – 37, Spokane, failure to appear/disturbing the peace, $2,000 bond.

Coy A. Hill – 36, Sandpoint, failure to appear/obscene live conduct by a pedestrian, $1,000 bond.

Christopher Mickelson – 32, Priest River, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $2,000 bond.

Kevin R. Poulton – 23, Bonners Ferry, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond.

Stephanie D. Short – 18, Sandpoint, failure to appear/petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Michael J. Staudt – 24, Priest River, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Jennifer L. Stroud – 29, Newport, Wash., failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Donald Sullivan – 51, Cocolalla, failure to appear/battery, $1,000 bond.

Felonies

Margaret A. Paskert – 43, Sagle, custodial interference, $25,000 bond.

Melody A. Potter – 32, Newport, Wash., failure to appear/check fraud – writing checks without an account (12 counts), $10,000 bond.

Mitch A. Snyder – 28, Oldtown, failure to appear/theft by receiving/possessing stolen property, $10,000 bond.

Richard A. Towle Sr. – 44, Newport, Wash., aggravated assault, $100,000 bond.

Evan D. Twiford – 29, Missoula, rape, $25,000 bond.
