Men, here’s a health tip from Prince Charles – rely on the ladies.

In an interview with Men’s Health magazine, asked how men could be encouraged to pay more attention to their health, he said: “Via the ladies, I’d have thought.

“It’s funny, the influence that women can have on getting us men sorted out is enormous,” said Charles, 57, who celebrated the first anniversary of his marriage to Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, on Sunday.

The couple, who recently returned from a trip to Egypt, Saudi Arabia and India, celebrated privately at the royal Balmoral estate in Scotland, where they spent their honeymoon.

They married April 9, 2005, ending years of gossip about a relationship that began when they were in their 20s, before Charles met and married Princess Diana – who famously dubbed Camilla “the Rottweiler.”

Off the leash

Young celebrity singing couple Bow Wow and Ciara have split after dating for nearly a year – and unlike typical stars who say they’re still good friends, Ciara’s spokeswoman specified that the breakup wasn’t amicable.

The 19-year-old rapper and the 20-year-old R&B queen sang a duet on “Like You,” off Bow Wow’s fourth album, “Wanted.”

Bow Wow (aka Shad Moss), originally dubbed Lil’ Bow Wow by Snoop Dog, dropped the “Lil”’ in 2003.

Now they have a pair

It’s a boy for actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Moses Martin, the couple’s second child, was born over the weekend in New York City, Paltrow’s publicist said Monday.

Their daughter, Apple, will be 2 on May 14.

Sweet smell of excess

On the celebrity endorsement front, Grammy-winning pop diva Mariah Carey will develop and market her own line of perfumes for Elizabeth Arden. Her first fragrance will debut next spring.

Meanwhile, in a further sign of her comeback, coke-sniffing supermodel Kate Moss will star in a new ad campaign for Calvin Klein. Moss, 32, first appeared as the face of Klein’s line 14 years ago.

Several fashion houses canceled contracts with Moss last year after a British tabloid published a picture of her allegedly using cocaine, but her career is back on track after she apologized and attended a rehab clinic.

Meanwhile, Jessica Simpson is in hot water with a clothing manufacturer that she partnered with to develop the JS by Jessica Simpson and Princy fashion lines.

Tarrant Apparel Group has filed a $100 million breach-of-contract lawsuit claiming she hasn’t properly promoted the duds.

The suit says Simpson agreed to wear the cut-price clothes in public as part of an $8 million deal, but has refused to be photographed in them and even named another brand of jeans as her favorite.
