She’s tiny enough to dress up like a doll, but that’s not why they call her Dollie. This black and white “teacup” Chihuahua has a voice that sounds more like a dolphin than dog. They don’t come much smaller than her wee 3 pounds, but Dollie’s needs are not so tiny. She seeks a one-dog home that can give her all the care and cuddling she deserves.
