OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jeremiah L. Risley – 29, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/felony driving under the influence, $25,000 bond.

Dustin B. Trinkaus – 20, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/grand theft, forgery, $75,000 bond.

Raymond S. Weaver – 43, Coeur d’Alene, governor’s warrant from Colorado, no bond.

Scott W. Wiltse – 37, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/felony driving under the influence, injury to child (two counts), $120,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Kody D. Brown – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $3,000 bond.

Jeremy J. Cooke – 23, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 60 days in jail.

Shannan M. Eggart – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $3,000 bond.

Thomas M. Froman – 39, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, petty theft, $10,000 bond.

Elizabeth M. Groves – 19, Rathdrum, Idaho, failure to appear/petty theft, five days in jail.

Michael C. Hammer – 23, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $3,000 bond.

Anthony W. Herrera – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, invalid driver’s license, seven days in jail.

Joseph G. Kovarik – 50, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), violation of no-contact order, $15,000 bond.

Mandy N. Krohn – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), three days in jail.

Jeremiah J. Lafave – 22, Lewiston, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.

Jared R. Lee – 23, Smelterville, Idaho, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, five days in jail.

Theresa M. Morales – 26, Hayden, failure to appear/battery, battery on a peace officer, assault, $3,000 bond.

James W. Rich – 46, Rathdrum, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Michael H. Snook – 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, one day in jail.

Timothy C. Vanorman – 24, Hauser Lake, Idaho, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.
