Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael R. Simmons – 23, Spokane, felony malicious harassment, criminal conspiracy, $100,000 bond.

Nicholas J. Schmitt – 18, Spokane, malicious harassment, $100,000 bond.

Valentin G. Villianueva – 36, Spokane, probation violation, $50,000 bond.

Karen L. Gale – 32, Reno, Nev., possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, $35,000 bond.

Kenneth B. Byers – 34, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, $30,000 bond.

Jon P. J. Crouch – 30, Post Falls, probation violation, $30,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Carl L. Kellar Jr. – 21, Smelterville, probation violation/domestic battery, $25,000 bond.

David D. Dadey – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/insufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

John W. Kruggel – 40, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, unlawful use of a driver’s license, $5,000 bond.

John W. Day – 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/frequenting a place where alcohol/drugs used, etc., $5,000 bond.

Tina M. Hannigan – 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Bradley D. Schaible – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, 20 days in jail, no bond.

Damian J. Gaily – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, 10 days in jail, no bond.

Grant W. Gosch – 31, Hayden Lake, failure to appear/reckless driving, $5,000 bond.

Eric D. Whitten – 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Andrew V. Gosser – 21, Hayden Lake, failure to appear/obstructing officers, $2,000 bond.

Rick A. Seifert – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/leaving the scene of an accident, 10 days in jail.

Ryan D. Irwin – 22, Coeur d’Alene; failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $1,000 bond.

Zachary B. Taylor – 22, Hayden, failure to appear/resisting/obstructing officers, $2,000 bond.
