Foundation Northwest announces scholarship winners

Foundation Northwest recently announced the recipients of 72 scholarships to local students. The foundation awards scholarships annually to students in 20 counties in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Each student’s school is listed, along with the name and amount of the scholarship.

Tiffany Aeschliman, Colfax High School, $1,000 from the Clarence Hines Scholarship Fund; Cory Banik, Lewis and Clark High School, $4,225 from the Ren Rice Scholarship Fund; Katie Barone, Jenkins High School, $1,225 from the Bess Mikalson Scholarship Fund; Britanney Bell, Colville High School, $1,150 from the Eileen Hutchison Scholarship Fund; Jordan Biltoft, Eastern Washington University, $800 from the Kuehnle Family Scholarship Fund; Dana Brimmer, Reardan High School, $504 from the Lucille I. Hudon Scholarship Fund; Jessica Carpenter, Washington State University, $1,225 from the Bess Mikalson Scholarship Fund; Bailey Cavender, Bonner’s Ferry High School, $416.66 from the Lenhart Scholarship Fund; Callie Cole, Sandpoint High School, $1,250 from the Doris L.
