“ Bethel Missionary Baptist Church will host a session next week. Children age 2 through high school may attend classes from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The theme of the event is “Xtreme Adventure.” There is no charge.

The church is at 3598 N. Harvard Road. Call 926-3591 for more information.

“ “Adventure of the Treasure Seekers: Exploring God’s Promises” is the theme of the session set for Aug. 21 through 25 hosted by Spokane Valley United Methodist Church. Children in grades 1 through 6 will meet at the church, 115 N. Raymond Road, each morning at 8:30. The children will be bused to Twinlow Camp near Rathdrum, Idaho, for a full day of activities.

The cost is $40 per child. Call the church at 924-7262 to register or for more information. Space is limited.
