Prepared Childbirth – This five-week class will focus on breathing techniques, managing labor, muscle toning and relaxation. The session meets Wednesdays starting Aug. 16 from 6-8 p.m. at the Holy Family Health Education Center, 5633 N. Lidgerwood. Also a two-week course will be offered Saturdays, starting Aug. 19, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Holy Family Health Education Center, 5633 N. Lidgerwood.
