So who will fill Philbin’s shoes?

Who will be this year’s “Best Regis?”

For the past two years, “Live with Regis and Kelly” co-host Regis Philbin has lost that category in the show’s annual Relly Awards – to Darrell Hammond and Jimmy Fallon.

His challengers for this year’s competition were announced on the morning talk show Friday: Tom Hanks, Jennifer Garner, Anderson Cooper, Neil Patrick Harris, Ted McGinley, co-host Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Conseulos.

Winners will be announced Sept. 22.

To spoof its lack of success in snagging a daytime Emmy, the syndicated talk show created the Rellys, which give “Golden Stools” – a trophy-size version of the show’s seats for the hosts and their guests.

New categories this year include favorite athlete, favorite real person and favorite go-go dancer, which will honor a dancer featured in the show’s “Trivia A Go-Go” segment.

Each award will be decided by viewer votes, which can be cast at www.RellyAwards.com.

I see drunk people

Haley Joel Osment, who suffered a broken rib last month when his car hit a mailbox, has been charged with drunken driving and marijuana possession.

Authorities said Osment’s blood-alcohol level after the July 20 crash was measured at .16 percent, twice the legal limit.

The 18-year-old star of such films as “The Sixth Sense” and “Pay It Forward” faces up to six months in jail.

Did she get another rock?

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock have tied the knot again, this time at a fabled Nashville honky-tonk.

A judge performed the ceremony just after midnight Thursday at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. Both the bride and groom wore white: a minidress and a tank top, respectively.

Anderson, 39, and Ritchie, 35, were wed July 29 near St. Tropez, France, and married again Aug. 3 at a courthouse in Beverly Hills, Calif.

He could use some more hip

Barry Manilow has canceled more than 20 shows at the Las Vegas Hilton to undergo surgery to repair torn cartilage in both hips.

The 60-year-old singer suffers from labrum tears in his hips – a painful condition exacerbated by his high-energy performances.

He’s scheduled to return in mid-October to launch his new album, “The Greatest Songs of the Sixties.”

Make those years disappear

Illusionist David Copperfield, meanwhile, claims to have found the mythical Fountain of Youth on a four-island archipelago in the Bahamas he recently bought for $50 million.

“Bugs or insects that are near death come in contact with the water, they’ll fly away,” he says. “It’s an amazing thing, very, very exciting.”
