Prepared Childbirth – This five-week class will discuss the management of labor, breathing muscle toning and relaxation. Dog Days of Summer Blood Drive – The Inland Northwest Blood Center and local pet shelters present this blood drive/pet adoption opportunity, Aug. 31 from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sept. 1 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. at the INBC Regional Headquarters, 210 W.
