Outdoor concerts

• Moran United Methodist Church, 3601 E. 65th Ave., is presenting an outdoor concert today at 6:30 p.m.

The concert will feature performances by the Hillyard Belles, Trainmen and Show Band; Bonnie’s Line Dancers from Project Joy; and Just Friends of Project Joy.

The free concert will include pie and beverages during intermission. Audience members are advised to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets.

•The final installment of the Prince of Peace Summer Concert Series will feature the Don Emerson Trio, Wednesday at 7 p.m. on the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church grounds, 8441 N. Indian Trail Road.

The intermission will include a presentation on Prince of Peace fall programs.

It is suggested that audience members bring their own chairs, blankets and snacks.

Family festival

Mt. Spokane Church, 6311 E. Mount Spokane Park Drive, Mead, is presenting “A Country-a-Fair … Carnival of Treasures” today at 1 p.m.

The day will feature games, a dunk tank, food, a car show and a motorcycle exhibit by the Christ Riders.

The day will wrap up with a concert at 7 p.m.

The cost of admission is $5 a person, $15 for a family of four, or $20 for a family of five or more.

Christian singles

Spokane Christian Singles is presenting a speed dating party today at 7 p.m. at 416 S. Neyland, Liberty Lake.

Singles from 21 to 49 years old are invited.

The cost is $10 for first-time speed daters and $7 for regular speed daters. Registration is required.
