For the week of Dec. 11-15

Monday – Hungarian goulash, beets, tomatoes and zucchini, sourdough bread, peaches.

Tuesday – Riblets, parslied potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Wednesday – Creamed turkey with peas and carrots over biscuits, Oregon blend vegetables, cinnamon raisin applesauce, peanut butter cookie.

Thursday – Salisbury steak with gravy, baked potato with sour scream, Italian blend vegetables, potato roll, apricots.

Friday – Tuna noodle casserole, California blend vegetables, corn, caraway rye bread, orange halves.
