Yoga

Introduction to Yoga – This class will focus on stretching, relaxing and awareness of your body’s intelligence, Tuesdays from 7:15-8:45 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Radha Yoga Center, 405 S. Adult Children from Dysfunctional Families and Co-Dependents – How to grow out of these dysfunctional patterns in a 26-week program of group therapy and support with tools for the results you want. Cardiovascular Health Risk Assessment – The Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center presents Heart-to-Heart, a program to help you find out your risk for cardiovascular disease. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. at 101 W. Eighth Ave. The cost of this screening includes several tests, educational materials and follow-up is $60. CPR, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillator Classes – Offered by the American Red Cross.
