For the week of Dec. 18-22

Monday – Veal cutlet with mushroom gravy, potatoes O’Brien, French-blend vegetables, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.

Tuesday – Beef stroganoff over pasta with sour cream, peas, parslied cauliflower, French bread, peach Bavarian.

Wednesday – Enchilada casserole with corn chips, tossed salad with dressing, chuck wagon corn, pears.

Thursday – Lemon chicken, winter-blend vegetables, carrots, sourdough bread, tropical fruit cup.

Friday – Roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, sage stuffing, cranberry sauce, dinner roll, pumpkin custard with whipped topping.
