In brief: ISP plans more Road Safe classes

Idaho State Police will conduct additional Road Safe driving classes beginning in January due to overwhelming interest from the community.

Reservations are being accepted now for the free class scheduled for 1 p.m. Jan. 6. The class, taught by Capt. Wayne Longo and North Idaho troopers, will include a presentation on safe driving, tips for winter driving and advice on dealing with aggressive or drunk drivers.

The two-hour class will be held at the ISP region office, 602 W. Prairie Ave., Coeur d’Alene. Class size is limited. Reserve seats by calling (208) 772-6055.
