Charlie and Ruth Ryan celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at their home Dec. 16.

Hosts for the event included their children and spouses: Bev and Rick Triber, Spokane Valley; Joe Ryan, Jump Off Joe, Wash., and Terri Hambrook, San Juan Capistrano, Calif.

The couple were married Dec. 22, 1937, in Polson, Mont. They have 15 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
