Paris is burning, once again
Paris Hilton‘s diaries, along with photos of her in various stages of undress, are up for sale.
David Hans Schmidt, known for handling deals involving celebrity porn, is trying to auction off the Hilton belongings – which had been locked away in a Los Angeles-area storage locker – for a cool $20 million.
He says they include 18 diaries in which Hilton recounts sexual dalliances and other adventures, along with pictures of her at “wild parties.”
Her publicist said the belongings were “illegally seized,” and that her lawyers are threatening legal action.
In late 2003, a sex tape made with then-boyfriend Rick Salomon surfaced just before the start of Hilton’s reality TV series, “The Simple Life.”
Bye, band mates
After 11 years of marriage, actress Heather Locklear has filed for divorce from Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora.
They have an 8-year-old daughter. Locklear was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee.
Mohr laughs
It’s happier news for comedian Jay Mohr and “Las Vegas” star Nikki Cox, who announced their engagement Friday.
Mohr is divorced, while Cox was previously engaged to comedian Bob Goldthwait.
Leif-in treatment
Former teen idol Leif Garrett has voluntarily checked into a strict live-in drug rehabilitation program to “make sure he doesn’t fall off the wagon.”
Garrett, 44, agreed to enter an outpatient program after violating probation from a 2004 cocaine arrest by failing to make a court appearance. Last month, he was arrested for heroin possession.
Offer not refused
Lawyers for Marlon Brando‘s estate have settled a sexual harassment and unlawful termination lawsuit against the late actor’s estate by his former business manager.
Jo An Corrales filed a lawsuit alleging that the “Godfather” star exposed himself, touched her inappropriately, forced her to watch pornographic movies and told her dirty stories.

“James Bond” director Lee Tamahori has been arrested after allegedly approaching an undercover officer while dressed in an off-the-shoulder dress and black wig and offering to perform a sex act for money.
Tamahori’s directing credits include the 2002 Bond film “Die Another Day” and last year’s “xXx: State of the Union.”
