The Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital has hired Lisa Baird as director of pharmacy. She has over 17 years of pharmacy experience and earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Florida.

Paul Ellyson has been hired as vice president and private banker in the Private Banking Department of AmericanWest Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and has 14 years of banking experience.

Northwestern Mutual Financial Network has hired Ben Bunfill as a financial representative. He holds bachelor degrees in music and computer science from Whitworth College.

Ginger Lebsack has been hired as an agent at Century 21 Beutler & Associates. She has 19 years of experience in real estate.

Dupree Building Specialties has hired Rick DeVleming as a sales associate.

Tami Lynch Connall has been hired as a manager of contract accounts at Contract Resource Group. She previously worked as regional sales manager at SMED International and has over 13 years in the commercial furniture industry.

Century 21 Beutler & Associates has hired Bryan Short as an agent. He is a graduate of Willamette University and previously worked in real estate marketing at The Real Estate Book.

Brian Shipman has been hired at Heart Clinics Northwest as a certified physician’s assistant. He completed the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Training Program at the University of Washington and is also a registered nurse.

PROMOTED

Ann Wilson has been promoted to vice president and controller at Avista Corp. She previously worked as vice president and controller for Avista Energy and is a certified public accountant. She is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Winston & Cashatt Lawyers has promoted Courtney Beaudoin to principal. She specializes in commercial litigation, contract law, employment law and real estate law. Beaudoin earned her law degree at Gonzaga University.

McDirmid, Mikkelsen & Secrest has promoted Leonard Sweet from a staff senior to a supervisor.

Lee Ann Freshour has graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Auburn, Ind.

Group Health has received the National Committee for Quality Assistance’s Distinction award for its Web site, www.ghc.org.

Kathy Bryant has earned the Accredited Staging Professional designation. She is an agent with the Garwood Group and Keller Williams Realty Spokane.

ELECTED/APPOINTED

Doug Morgan has been elected Potentate of El Katif Shrine Center. He is a counselor at Spokane Falls Community College.

Jeffrey Bell has been elected to secretary of the board of directors of the Gallatin Group. Bell is a partner in the Spokane office of the firm.

Gary Livingston has been appointed to the board of directors of Educational Service District 101. Livingston is the chancellor and chief executive officer of the Community Colleges of Spokane.
