OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 warrants. Officials are asking for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Dustin G. Baker – 20, Coeur d’Alene, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, $100,000 bond.

Reginald Butler – 20, Coeur d’Alene, attempted strangulation (two counts), assault (three counts), battery, $75,000.

Joshua N. Cottrell – 24, Coeur d’Alene, accessory to a felony, aid and abet aggravated assault, $100,000 bond.

Richard D. Shelden – 43, St. Maries, conspiracy to traffic in methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, $150,000 bond.

Justin W. Russell – 19, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, accessory to a felony, $100,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Richard T. Beck – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Serafin Bejarano-Barajas – 34, Athol, failure to appear/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $4,000 bond.

Gail F. Bishop – 57, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, five days in jail.

Jane M. Brown – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $3,000 bond.

Peggy S. Grandy – 35, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, providing false information to officers, $5,000 bond.

Robert W. Hall Jr. – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Dustin L. Hayden – 27, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Annaiece M. Horvath – 33, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, providing false information to officers, four days in jail.

Lars A. Jensen – 28, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000 bond.

Timothy W. Light – 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), driving under the influence, $21,000 bond.

Robby D. Pearson – 33, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, possession of suspended driver’s license, $5,000 bond.

Terrence L. Petty – 38, Bayview, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Rosanna C. Ramirez – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Nicolaas J. Van Wyngaardt – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.
