Meeting planned on development

A public meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at Finch Arboretum to give residents information on a proposed 30-lot planned unit development on West 16th Avenue between U.S. Highway 195 and BNSF Railway tracks.

The meeting will be from 4 to 6 p.m. at the arboretum’s meeting center. Developers of the proposed Crystal Ridge 1st Addition will give information about the project and discuss traffic impacts.

The project encompasses nearly four acres of land. The applicant is Ahmad F. Dour of Spokane.
