In a preview of Tuesday’s loser-out playoff matchup, fourth-place Riverside cruised to a 48-32 win over fifth-place Medical Lake on Thursday at Medical Lake. Aaron Anderson scored 11 points for the Rams (12-8, 7-5). Kevin Broadnax paced the Cardinals (9-11, 5-7) with 13 points. … Cameron Stroyan scored 23 to lead Chewelah to a 64-45 win over visiting Deer Park. Casey Christian added 14 points and eight rebounds for the third-place Cougars (10-10, 8-4). Chewelah will host Deer Park again in a loser-out playoff game on Tuesday. Richi Mullenberg topped the sixth-place Stags (7-13, 2-10) with seven points. … Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls) clinched a first-round bye with an 84-45 win over Colville. Joel Noland racked up 26 points for the Eagles (13-7, 9-3), who will face the winner of the Riverside/ML game. Lieven Walston scored 11 points for the Indians (1-19, 0-12).

• Bi-County League playoffs at Reardan: Wilbur-Creston needed three players in double digits, including 16 points from Matt Schroeder, to edge Liberty 54-53 and move on to the third-place game. Michael Johnson notched 11 points, and Shayne Lewis added 10 for the Wildcats (13-10), and Andrew Canning paced the Lancers (16-6) with 19. … Reardan moved on to the third-place game with a 47-40 win over Almira/Coulee-Hartline. Travis Teaford notched 18 points, and Brad Alberts added 10 for the Indians (12-11). Greg Giese had 13 for the Warriors (12-10).
•Panorama League playoffs at Colville: Mikki Cromwell scored 15 as Selkirk defeated Wellpinit 56-46. Travis Zimmerman added 14 points and 10 rebounds, and Derek MacArthur chipped in 12 points for the Rangers (17-7), who claimed the third seed and will face the second seed from the Bi-Co on Monday. Jake Green had 11 points to lead the fourth-seeded Redskins (14-9).

Medical Lake will host Riverside on Wednesday in a loser-out game. … Lakeside (Nine Mile Falls) wrapped up a tie for first place with a 79-21 win over Colville. Courtney Galvin led the Eagles (15-5, 11-1) with 26 points and nine rebounds. A coin flip will decide if Lakeside or Pullman gets the top seed to districts. Jordan Emmil scored five to lead the Indians (0-20, 0-12). … Chewelah wrapped up the third seed in the GNL with a 71-52 win over visiting Deer Park. Brooke Schanzenbach led three players in double digits with 18 points and nine rebounds for the Cougars (14-6, 8-4). Laura Gibson scored 20 for the Stags (9-11, 3-9). Chewelah will again host Deer Park in a loser-out game on Tuesday.

•Bi-County League playoffs at Reardan: Jen Christerson scored 25 points to lead Reardan to the third-place game in a 59-50 win over Northwest Christian. Brook Ferderer added 14 points for the Indians (11-12), and Krystal Pitkonen topped the Crusaders (11-12) with 18. … Davenport earned a spot in the third-place game with a 68-47 win over Odessa. Kaylee Semprimoznik scored 19 for the Gorillas (16-7), while Andrea Kuch and Jennie Harp each had 14 for the Tigers (9-14).
•Panorama League playoffs at Colville: Chelsi Pakootas and Melissa Dick each had 14 points to lead Inchelium past Republic 47-36. The Hornets (20-4) earned the third seed to district and face the No. 2 seed from the Bi-Co Monday. Jenna Burbank scored 16 for the No. 4 Tigers (10-14).
