Cooking Light seeks recipes

The second annual Cooking Light Ultimate Reader Recipe contest is seeking entries for the contest that will take place in Birmingham in late August. Prizes total $35,000 in cash.

Categories are starters and drinks, side salads, and side dishes, entrees and desserts.

Each recipe must contain one or more of the following products – beef, California raisins, Kerrygold cheese and butters, or Muir Glen organic tomato products. Recipes also must be lower in fat than traditional recipes.
