What brought you to Idaho? Came here for mining jobs in 1997, geology technician/tutor/translator at NIC. Now working at Iron Horse (second-degree black belt in judo – comes in handy in the bar).

What do you like about the current season? If I liked the summertime, I’d have moved to Arizona; love the winters here and life in North Idaho.

Favorite books: Clive Cussler (Dirk Pitt series)

Favorite spot in North Idaho, and why? The backside of Fernan Lake; go fishing there with my son.
