Eshaya Murphy tied a career high with 22 points as Southern California upset No. 9 Arizona State 58-50 Friday night in Los Angeles.

The victory was the first for USC (9-5, 3-2 Pac-10) against a Top 10 team since a win over Stanford on Jan. 25, 2004. Arizona State falls to 12-2, 3-1.

(5) North Carolina 102, Clemson 61: At Chapel Hill, N.C., Camille Little scored 16 points to lead the Tar Heels (14-0, 1-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) past the Tigers (6-9, 0-1).

(23) Temple 77, Charlotte 69: At Philadelphia, Lady Comfort had a careerhigh 18 points and 13 rebounds as the Owls (9-3, 1-0) beat the 49ers (9-5, 1-1) for their 23rd straight Atlantic 10 win.
