Exit Real Estate—Jones & Associates has hired Robin Cook as a real estate agent. She has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Leslie Moore has been hired as director of risk management for Holy Family Hospital. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Arizona State University and is a graduate of Willamette University College of Law. She previously worked as a senior risk management consultant at Medical Protective Company.

Integrus Architecture has hired Marcine Herron has marketing coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Gonzaga University and was previously a marketing communications specialist at a high-tech firm.

Craig Paterson has been hired at Coeur d’Alene Mines Corp. as corporate accounting services manager. He has over 20 years of accounting experience in the timber industry and is a graduate of the University of Idaho.

Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene has hired Nikki Arana as a real estate consultant. She previously worked at Century 21 Beutler and Associates and has over 27 years of real estate experience.

Dave Underwood has been hired as vice president of business development at AC Data Systems.

The Spokane Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired Cindy Esch as a sales manager. She is a graduate of the International Tour Management Institute and previously owned At Your Service.

Jennifer Salmon has been promoted to vice president of Sterling Savings Bank. She has been with the bank since Jan. 2005 and holds a master’s degree in education from Eastern Washington University.

Moloney O’Neill has promoted Amber Giordano to account manager in the commercial insurance division. She has been with the firm for three years and is a graduate of Washington State University.

Greg Partch has been promoted to vice president of Sterling Savings Bank. He has worked in the bank’s private banking department for five years.

Vorpahl Wing Securities Inc. has promoted Dennis Roginski to vice president of business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Portland State University and has over 20 years of experience.

Katy Bruya has been promoted to senior vice president of human resources at Washington Trust Bank. She has worked in the bank’s human resource department for five years and has 15 years of experience in the industry.

KUDOS

Scott McGann has received the Industry Leader of the Year award from Spokane Insurance Associates and the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women. McGann is a commercial lines sales executive at the Spokane office of Payne Financial Group.

Kathy Fromont of Marsh USA Inc. has received the Claims Professional of the Year award and the Insurance Professional of the Year Award from Spokane Insurance Associates.

The Idaho Forest Products Commission has awarded Wilber “Buck” Merritt of Merritt Brothers Lumber the Crown Award for his contributions to the industry, community and forest management.
