Reward offered for tips on repeat offender

A reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of a repeat offender wanted in connection with a felony drug crime.

Timothy Edward Swecker, 30, has 36 convictions on his record, including ones for theft and possession of stolen property, said Spokane police spokesman Dick Cottam.

Swecker is 6 feet 3 inches and 165 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He should be considered armed, Cottam said.
