Spokane Public Libraries

Tuesday, all Spokane city libraries will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Spokane City-County Historic Landmarks Commission

12 p.m. Wednesday, council briefing center, lower level of City Hall.

Spokane Valley City Council

6 p.m. Tuesday City Hall, 11707 E. Sprague Ave. The council will discuss the land use map of its forming comprehensive plan.
