OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Douglas M. Barker – 41, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $30,000 bond.

Michael R. Burch – 19, Hayden, rape, $75,000 bond.

Theodore E. Harper – 20, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/grand theft, burglary, $25,000 bond.

Michael L. Jordan – 57, Post Falls, unlawful possession of a firearm, $30,000 bond.

David L. Robins II – 27, Clarkston, Wash., bigamy, $500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Kevin L. Bailey – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/being under the influence of a controlled substance in a public place, $2,000 bond.

Joshua T. Bolt – 21, Coeur d’Alene, invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Carl M. Carter – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence; possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, six days in jail.

Travis B. Cooper – 31, Sandpoint, invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Ryan G. Cunningham – 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), driving while suspended, $1,000 bond, 10 days in jail.

Shannon M. Gilman – 31, Coeur d’Alene, invalid driver’s license, no insurance, $250 bond.

Clinton E. Hersey – 42, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, probation violation/driving under the influence, $60,000 bond.

Kelly J. Leatham – 32, Rathdrum, failure to appear/violation of a protection order, five days in jail.

Christopher J. Lucas – 23, Twin Lakes, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Susan R. McCrea – 28, Plummer, petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Keith E. Mellen – Osburn, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Kevin G. Mort – 34, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence (two counts), $2,000 bond, two days in jail.

Leo D. Pfaff Jr. – 20, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Sean C. Pickle – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a suspended driver’s license, $2,500 bond.
