NEW FACES

Chad Hutson has been hired as director of marketing and business development at Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital. He has over 15 years experience in marketing, public relations and business development and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Eastern Washington University.

Keller Williams Realty Coeur d’Alene has hired Toni Caywood as an agent. She has over 20 years of banking and mortgage lending experience and is insurance licensed.

AmericanWest Bank has hired Sean Bresnahan as vice president and commercial loan officer. He has over 12 years of experience in the banking industry.

Century 21 Beutler & Associates has hired Jarrod Batchelder as an agent. He previously worked as a golf professional at The Club at Black Rock and will specialize in residential, waterfront and golf course properties.

Michael Sells has been hired at Health Clinics Northwest. He holds a master’s degree in nursing from Washington State University/Intercollegiate College of Nursing.

PROMOTED

Angel Rains has been promoted to principal at the law firm of Lukins & Annis. She is a 1998 graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law and previously served as a Federal Judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edward Shea.

Sheila Gates has been certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council. She is an architectural intern at Zeck Butler Architects.

Marcus Lampros has been appointed to the Sterling Savings Bank board of directors. Lampros is the founder of the Portland-based Lampros Steel and is a graduate of Oregon State University.

APPOINTED/ELECTED

The American Institute of Architects, Spokane Chapter, has recently elected its 2006 officers and directors. They are: David Huotari, president, ALSC Architects; William Froemke, president elect, Zeck Butler Architects; Ralph Berg, secretary, Integrus Architecture; Melissa McFadgen, Northwest Architectural Company; new directors Austin Dickey, ALSC Architects; and Keith Diaz Moore, Washington State University.

Irene Ringwood has been appointed to the Gonzaga University Board of Regents. Ringwood is a 1984 graduate of the Gonzaga University School of law and is a partner at Ball Janik, a Washington D.C. law firm.

Theresa Sanders has been appointed to serve on the Spokane Area Workforce Development Council. She is the executive vice president of business development of the Spokane Area Economic Development Council.

Inland Northwest Land Trust has elected the following officers to its board of directors: Claude Sappington, president, Washington State Department of Ecology (retired); Bill Hendrix, vice president, St. Jude Medical; Margaret O’Connell, secretary, Eastern Washington University; and Janice Loux, a certified public accountant.
