The Lands Council – The group hosts a meeting to teach people how to protect forests, water and wildlife, 6 p.m. today at The Lands Council Office, 423 W. First, Suite 240; (509) 838-4912.

Summer Concert Series – featuring the folk and blues group Deadman’s Pants, 6-8 p.m. today in Coeur d’Alene Park, Second and Chestnut in Browne’s Addition.
