For the week of June 12-16
Monday – Baked potato with chili, cheese and sour cream, corn, breadstick, plums.
Tuesday – Swiss steak with gravy, California-blend vegetables, spinach, wheat bread, fruit cup.
Wednesday – Cornflake chicken, au gratin potatoes, Oregon-blend vegetables, biscuit, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.
Thursday – Goulash with sour cream, mixed vegetables, cauliflower, dinner roll, peaches.
Friday – Pork cutlet with gravy, roasted red potatoes, beets, raisin bread, fruit cocktail, brownie.
