Lilac City Volkssport Association Walk – 5K or 10K walk on Saturday at the High Bridge Park picnic shelter, corner of Riverside and “A” Street. Gentle Yoga Classes for Seniors – Presented by Earthshine Yoga, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-10 a.m. at the Southside Senior Center, 3151 E. 27th Ave. There are two sessions: next Tuesday-July 18 and July 20-Aug. 24.
