Realtor enjoys meeting new people in her job
Tiffany Williams, 28, recently took a leap into a new profession, which runs hot and cold.
The good news is real estate is currently running fairly hot; the challenge is the immense competition among Realtors – the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors recorded 5,171 sales in 2005, with 1,301 real estate licenses. However, William’s bright personality and penchant for honesty and local knowledge, gives her an edge in serving buyers and sellers.
Raised in North Idaho and enjoying summers at her family home on Hayden Lake, Williams graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School, attended NIC, then started employment in what she calls the “people business.” After selling golf gear, then working for an insurance company, she decided real estate was her calling.
First learning the ropes in an administrative position, Williams took the next step and completed the required training and exams to become a licensed Realtor.
“She has a friendly, can-do attitude,” says fellow Windermere Realtor and Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors officer Loretta Reed, who believes Williams will do very well in her new career.
