Morrison indispensable?

The Spokesman-Review

We moved from Spokane a couple years ago after having lived there for over 40 years. We proudly tell everyone we are from Spokane, the home of the Zags, and hardly miss any game that is televised.

But after reading our local paper this morning (March 7), about the game with Loyola Marymount, I couldn’t believe they quoted (Adam) Morrison as saying “Whoever dropped me would get killed in Spokane.”

Does he really think he is that indispensable? With an attitude like that we are not so sure we will be letting anyone know about the great “team” the Zags have developed.

The last I knew, basketball was a team sport and every member is invaluable, and with the depth Gonzaga has on its bench, anyone and everyone can step up, and does step up, to fill a position.

Mark Few is a class act and certainly has his hands full keeping some egos intact. Looking forward to following them in the NCAA tournament.
