Tony Rugel has been hired as head of the Eastern Washington division of the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Rugel is an assistant attorney general and previously worked as counsel for the Washington State Senate. He is a 1993 graduate of the Seattle University School of Law.
Inland Cardiology Associates has hired Paul Fontana. He received his master’s degree in nursing and family nurse practitioner specialization from the University of California.
Marcus Anderson has been hired as a program manager in the power products team at Telect. He previously worked as director of program management at Keytronic Corp.

Kevin Person has been promoted at Wagstaff Inc. to vice president of sales and marketing. He has over 29 years of experience in the aluminum industry and has been with the company for seven years and previously managed the applications engineering department.
Richard Nixon has been promoted to executive vice president and chief credit officer at bankcda. He has over 25 years of banking experience and has been with the bank since September 2005.
Traci Hess, an information systems assistant professor at Washington State University, has been promoted to associate dean of graduate programs at WSU’s College of Business. She has been at WSU since 2002.
The KXLY Broadcast Group has promoted Debbie Sieverding to director of sales for KXLY ABC 4, Radio and New Media. She previously worked as the local television sales manager and has 25 years of experience.

Greg Deckard has been elected chairman of the board at State National Bank. He is also the president and chief executive officer of the bank and has been working in the banking industry for over 20 years. Deckard has been with State National Bank since 1999.
Art Brown has joined the board of directors at Blue Water Technologies. The former president and chief executive officer of Hecla Mining Co., Brown still is chairman of that company’s board.
Idaho Gov. Dirk Kempthorne has appointed Joyce Broadsword to the 2010 Idaho Olympic Committee. Broadsword is an Idaho state senator from Sagle.
