Cardiovascular Health Risk Assessment – The Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center presents Heart-to-Heart, a program to help you find out your risk for cardiovascular disease. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 101 W. Eighth Ave. The cost of this screening includes several tests, educational materials and follow-up is $60.
