Columnist Rebecca Nappi’s nephew, a Marine captain, is scheduled to return home this weekend from his second tour in Iraq. Tuesday’s elections, followed on Wednesday by Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld’s resignation, has Nappi hoping that Nicholas won’t have to serve in Iraq a third time.
