OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Mark W. Fowler – 32, Spokane, exploitation of vulnerable adult, $50,000 bond.

Largo N. Jeter – 23, Coeur d’Alene, forgery, $10,000 bond.

Tracy G. Swing – 46, Coeur d’Alene, aggravated assault, cruelty to animals, $21,500.

Dartanyan J. Turner – 26, Spokane, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Jaime C. Welker – 24, Coeur d’Alene, possession of methamphetamine, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Andy R. Beamis – 46, Post Falls, violation of a protection order (two counts), $1,000 bond.

Peter P. Fioritto – 59, Coeur d’Alene, petty theft, $2,000 bond.

Earl R. Glaspie Jr. – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $500 bond.

Andrew V. Gosser – 21, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $5,000 bond.

Tyson Q. Hegel – 22, Rathdrum, failure to appear/battery, four days in jail.

Carrie L. Kiefer – 28, Post Falls, failure to appear/resisting/obstructing officers, $500 bond.

William J. Kieffer – 32, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Robert B. MacDonald – 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $500 bond.

Jerad E. Madsen – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, inattentive driving, $1,000 bond.

Daniel P. Roberts – 20, Coeur d’Alene, invalid driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Sheri S. Spain – 46, Hauser Lake, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, $20,000 bond.

Dexter H. Tice – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.

Amy K. Timmins – 34, Coeur d’Alene, reckless driving, $2,500 bond.
