Zip Trip robbed for fourth time

For the fourth time since Aug. 18, the Zip Trip at 1523 W. 10th Ave. has been robbed, Spokane police said.

A gunman confronted a clerk about 2:40 a.m. Tuesday and demanded money, said Spokane police Officer Shawn Pegram. The three previous robberies were very similar.

The robber was described as Hispanic, in his 20s and about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build, Pegram said.

Anyone with information should call the Spokane Police Department.
